Thank you for choosing Asma Wellness LLC / SEIURA.
Because many of our products are wellness, dietary supplement, and other personal-use products, we have a limited return policy designed to protect product quality, safety, and integrity.
1. Returns
We generally do not accept returns of opened or used products.
For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, we cannot accept products that have been opened, used, altered, or otherwise handled after delivery.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we also do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the product.
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us before sending anything back. We will review the situation and provide instructions if a return is appropriate.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to receive your order in good condition.
If your product:
- Arrives damaged;
- Is defective;
- Is missing from your order; or
- Is different from the product you ordered,
please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number;
- A description of the problem; and
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping box, and any visible damage, when applicable.
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
3. Products Damaged During Shipping
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and product before disposing of any packaging materials.
Contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
4. Refunds
If we approve your refund, we will generally issue it to the original payment method.
Once we issue the refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
We will notify you when we process your refund.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or when we refund you because we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective.
If we approve a return because of our error, we will provide return shipping instructions.
6. Non-Returnable Products
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Opened or used dietary supplements;
- Opened or used wellness products;
- Products that have been altered or damaged after delivery;
- Products without their original packaging;
- Products returned without prior authorization; and
- Products purchased as final sale, when clearly identified as such at the time of purchase.
7. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but we may not be able to cancel an order once it has been processed, shipped, or fulfilled.
If an order has already shipped, you may no longer be able to cancel it.
8. Exchanges
Because of the nature of our products, we generally do not offer exchanges.
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us so that we can determine the appropriate resolution.
